The Management of Rhema Institute of Health Sciences Management and Technology informs the general public of the sales form of the admission file/application file for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Qualified JOINT ADMISSIONS AND MATRICULATION BOARD (JAMB) 2021 & 2022, 2024 candidates who have taken JAMB 2021, 2023 & 2023, 2024 are also eligible for this admission.
Candidates who choose and have not chosen the school in their JAMB are all eligible to apply with a minimum score of 120 and above.

The cost of the application form is ₦15,000 (non-refundable). You can pay by cash deposit at the school or by bank transfer to the school account.
Applicants aged between 15 and 45 years are eligible to apply.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENT:
Candidates who have successfully completed their Senior Secondary Education are eligible to purchase the form with credit in at least five (5) subjects, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, at not more than two sittings, in examinations conducted by any of the three accredited SSCE examination boards, namely NECO, NABTEB, GCE and WAEC.
The combination of O’Level exam results will be accepted.
