The Royal Aces Basketball Club has reinforced its squad depth with the signing of new players before the 2025 Zenith Women Women Basketball Premier League season.
The new players include the Okeke Chidinma Loveth and Oyimdamola Abdulazeez escort. Other players who signed again were Udueyin Ruth and Onajomo Ogheneochuko in a one -year contract.
According to the statement published by the Media Department of the Club, the addition of these players aimed to strengthen the team.
Loveth, a skillful scorer with experience at the highest basketball levels of West Africa, previously played for the Dolphins Basketball Club in the Zenith Women’s Basketball League before moving on to the BBC Aspac in Benin Republic.
Her ability to create shots and contribute at both ends of the floor made her an outstanding artist in her previous periods.
His path to the Royal Aces solidified after offering an impressive performance during the Western African Basketball Invitation Championship of the Louis EDEM Foundation in February.
Representing the Aces in that tournament, Loveth showed his shooting field, defensive tenacity and leadership on the court, qualities that caught the attention of the chief coach Olusegun Ojo.
“We saw its first -hand impact during the invitation championship, and there was no doubt that she would be a great option for our team.”
“His experience and his skills set will be valuable since we press for greater success this season,” said coach Eye.
Oyimdamola Abdulazeez was also part of the team’s list for the Western African Basketball Invitation Championship of the Louis EDEM Foundation in February. She was exceptional, attracting the persecution of the club for her.
Udueyin Ruth and Onajomo Ogheneochuko were vital for the impressive race of the Royal Aces last season, helping the team to ensure an end among the top four in the League. His contributions at both ends of the floor were crucial, and his return strengthens the team’s ambitions for next season.
