Those who wish to perform Hajj will be authorized to do it only if they book through the relevant Saudi platforms that grant authorized Hajj visas, said the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in a note.

The ministry warned those who want to take part in Hajj against the use of unofficial channels to book for the pilgrimage.

The Ministry said that any information or offer circulating on unofficial channels was misleading and did not represent the Ministry or relevant authorities.

“The public must check the information to avoid falling in love with false advertising or fraudulent offers of Hajj, added the ministry.

“An official visa by Hajj granted by the competent Saudi authorities can be organized in coordination with Hajj’s business offices in 80 countries or through the” Nusuk Hajj “platform.

“The platform, designated for pilgrims of over 126 countries, allows direct booking through the platform,” said the ministry.

The Ministry also stressed that the “electronic portal” on its official website and the “Nusuk” app were the only channels approved for domestic pilgrims – citizens and residents inside the kingdom – to book Hajj’s packages.

The Ministry has declared that “it provides 24 -hour multilingual support through” guest centers “for requests and relationships”.

“It can be reached through the unified number of 1966 within the Kingdom, the international number +96920002814 from the outside of the Kingdom and the E -mail [email protected]”He said.
