Security Agents Destroy Criminal Camps in Anambra

The police and other security operators in Anambra have destroyed the criminal camps in Ogbunka in the orumba area of ​​the southern regional government in the state.

Spokesman for the State Police Command, Tochukwu Ikenga, confirmed this in a statement on Saturday at Onitsha.

He said the sting operation was carried out by a joint security team led by police consisting of the Army, Navy, the State Security Department, and the Vigilante of the State Anambra on Thursday.

The spokesman said: “Security operators act based on information received from time to time and revoke the criminal camp in Ogbunka.

“JTF is in the battle of six (6) weapons with armed criminals, but because of its superior shooting power, spreading some of the explosives used as shields in camps by criminals.”

Ikenga added that the team also recovered goods, including pots, food ingredients, and parts of the cut -cut vehicles, which were allegedly stolen.

He revealed that some criminals escaped with various degrees of bullet wounds.
