Some candidates jump from the school certificate directly to a doctorate, who is wrong – Soludo Governor

The governor made the observations during the weekend in Awka while inaugurating the members of the Council of the Campaign of his party.

He explained that during the presentation of the forms to the electoral body, the individual in question falsely said that he holds advanced academic qualifications without completing the necessary educational milestones.

According to reports, the investigations on the degree revealed that it was issued by an institution not credited abroad and lacks recognition by the academic authorities relevant to Nigeria.

“This means that (S) does not have a diploma, a degree or a master’s degree, but has jumped to present a doctorate, which is wrong. Some people have taken responsibility for finding out where the doctorate was obtained and proved false. It comes from a false institution, that type of institution where if you pay, some also pay 60 dollars and have given it to you”.

Soludo stressed that a simple recognition of the level of real education, supported by the official documentation, would have been acceptable.

The governor has promised that once the elections once ended, his administration will target the conflicts of the certificate to protect the credibility of the education and prevent the deception of the younger generations.

He stressed that children need to see the value of the real hard work and legitimate academic performance, rather than being deceived by fraudulent credentials.

Soludo also reiterated that his administration remains engaged in global reforms in the state, with the aim of strengthening moral standards and institutional responsibility.

He said that the efforts to purify an ambrus of corruption and non -ethical practices will continue, stressing that no challenge is too great to be addressed in pursuing the justice and integrity of the society.
