Musician Nigeria Spyro has revealed how he is under pressure from several people in the music industry to minimize or eliminate the appearance of the Christian religion from his brand.
In an open statement on his social media account, “Who is your man?” The singer remembers that some people in business suggest to remove “Jesus” from Bio and his online profile because they say it might kill some viewers or hurt their ability to make money.
According to Spyro, the proposal comes from the idea that, in the cruel entertainment industry and is often driven by images, the religious association may openly not “market friendly.”

Artists, who have never doubted to openly express their faith, insist that their identity is related to his beliefs and states that he will never be able to make such compromise.
“They told me to erase Jesus from my profile. I told them that I better die than to do that,” he wrote. “If my faith in Jesus makes you uncomfortable, it’s your problem, not mine. He is my reason here today, and I will not hide it for anyone.”
“Divine guidance has formed my journey in this industry,” continued Spyro, added that he would lose the basis that made him continue if he distanced himself from his faith.
