The semi Ajayi of Nigeria International is expected to leave West Bromwich Albion at the end of the 2024/25 season, ending its six -year stay in the Hawthorns.
The back center contract will expire next summer, and currently, there are no conversations ongoing extending its agreement.
Ajayi, 31, has fought with recurring hamstring problems this season, which limits it to only 14 appearances of the 44 West Brom matches.
His injury problems have made it difficult to maintain a regular place on the side of Carlos CorberΓ‘n, and is currently left aside once again while working to recover full aptitude.
Since he joined the Baggies of Rotherham United in 2019, Ajayi has become a familiar face, making 176 appearances for the club and scoring 12 goals in 169 league games.
He played a key role in his 2019/20 promotion to the Premier League, but has found more difficult minutes to arrive in recent times.
The West Brom promotion expects this season to seem thin, since six points are currently offset by the Playoffs positions with only two remaining games.
With clubs such as Leeds United and Burnley already ensuring a return to the Premier League, it is speculated that one of the newly promoted teams could offer Ajayi a lifeguard for first level football.
