SUPER FALCONS SELECTIONS QUESTIONED Ahead of Botswana Choque

The selections of the interim coach Justine Madugu for the Super Falcons who open the Wafcon game against Tunisia have been questioned before tomorrow’s clash against Botswana.

The Super Falcons had a winning start in the delayed 2024 Wafcon with a 3-0 victory over Tunisia and now group B leader after Algeria achieved only one 1-0 victory over Botswana in the other group of the group.

The close team observers have questioned Asisat Oshoala before the Esther Okoronkwo form as a front against Tunisia, while the Rasheedat Ajibade pattern was moderate as a second striker when it is usually an extreme.

The young Deborah Abiodun was also chosen in front of Christy Ucheibe more experienced in the center of the defensive field.

The team’s game was generally dismantled, lacked cohesion and the Super Falcons were waste in front of the goal against the lowest team in this 12 team tournament.

The Super Falcons will reserve their place in the quarterfinals with an expected victory over Botswana tomorrow.

The start tomorrow is at 8 pm
