Super Falcons has emerged as the winner of the group despite a goalless draw against Algeria in their last group match from the Nation Cup -Women’s African nation (Wafcon).
Nigerian women are looking for the 10th woman’s title in Africa, and is now in the quarter-finals of the competition holding in Morocco.
Falcons started their campaign with a 4-P win over Tunisia before scoring a late winner to see Botswana 1-0 in their second group match.

The team, led by Justin Madugu, made eight changes from their initial XI for the last group match, and was able to survive to take one point from the game.
Nigeria won Group B with 7 points from three matches, Algeria finished in second place with five points, while Botswana, 3, and Tunisia, 1, fell.
