A Florida teenager is in police custody, accused of killing his girlfriend’s father after a heated argument on social media over “inappropriate” photos. The teenager, Lawan Jr. Jones, 18, turned himself in to police three days after fleeing. His girlfriend’s father, Keith Poole, 44 (pictured below), was shot multiple times outside his home and in front of his children in Pompano Beach, Florida. Jones was in a relationship with Mr. Poole’s daughter, Jessie, and lived in the home with Poole and his family. Police said witnesses spoke of an argument between Jones and Mr. Poole after the protective father saw the couple’s social media posts that he deemed inappropriate.
