The former Bayer Leverkusen manager, Erik Ten -Hag, has expressed his disappointment with the way the club dismissed him.
Remember that the Dutch tactic was fired on Monday after only two games in the Bundesliga this ongoing season.
In development reaction, Ten Hag criticized Bayer Leverkusen for not giving him time to rebuild the team after the game of some great players.
He said: “Bayer Leverkusen’s decision this morning to put an absence permit was a complete surprise. Participating with a manager after only two unprecedented league games.
βThis summer, many key players who were part of the past successes left the team. Building a new cohesive team is a careful process that requires time and trust.

βA new coach deserves the space to implement his vision, establish the standards, shape the team and leave his mark in the game style.
βI started this work with full conviction and energy, but unfortunately management was not willing to give me the time and trust I needed, what I feel deeply.
βI feel that this was never a relationship based on mutual trust.
βThroughout my career, every season I have been able to see until the end as a coach has brought success. The clubs that trusted me have been successfully rewarded and covered.
“Finally, I would like to thank the supporters of Bayer Leverkusen for their warmth and passion, and I wish the team and staff every success for the rest of the season.”
