The Benue Assembly suspected the Deputy Head of Cambuk, 3 others

The Benue State Council Council has suspended four deputy heads of whips, Mr. Alfred Berger, and three others, for three months for trying to cause chaos at home.

Another deferred member was Mr. Shimawua Emmanuel (Tiev), Mr. Cyril Ikong (OJU II), and Mr. Abu Umoru (APA).

The suspension of parliament members followed a motion transferred by the majority leader, Mr. During the tiseer, during the Friday plenary in Makurdi.

Tiseer urged the DPR to suspend members of parliament for six months for trying to cause chaos in the assembly.

The majority leader added that the 10th Benue Council, like other legislative bodies, was a sacred assembly of honorable members, whose words were their bonds.

MPs who represent the GWER East constituents, Mr. Elias Audu, supported a motion and described the actions of her colleagues as punishment.

Audu urged his colleagues not to allow non-state actors to use it against speakers and leadership of the DPR.

In his decision, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hyacinth Dajoh, suspected the deputy head of the whip and three others for three months.

He also dissolved all committees and appointed BPK. Elias Audu as Chair of the Information Committee.

The speaker both appointed Bpk. Douglas Akya (Makurdi South) as the new deputy head of the whip and Mr. Kennedy Angbo (Otukpo-Akpa) as a new majority leader deputy.
