The coalition led by Atiku applies to Inec for new party registration

The national opposition coalition group spearheaded by the former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has submitted an application to the Independent National Election Commission (Inec) for the registration of new political parties – Alliance All Democratic.

Also in the coalition is the former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, his colleague in the state of Rivers, Rotimi Amaechi, and the organizer of the North Democratic League, Umar Ardo, among others.

The opposition elements gathered to falsify the unity front against the President of the Tinubu Bola in the 2027 Presidential Election.

Inec admitted that the application was dated June 19 and was signed by the National Association Chairperson, the Head of Akin A. Rickets, and the National Secretary, Abdullahi Elayo. on Friday.

The commission emphasized that party registration remains a strict constitutional process, not just a political declaration.
