The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) on December 10, 2024, invaded a building in the Oyin Jolayemi area on Victoria Island and arrested 700 people due to cyber terrorism and economic sabotage.

On Thursday, EFCC advisor, Mr. Nnemeka Omenwa, told the court that Chinese citizens had chosen to get a defense offer.

He argues that prison sentences will take effect starting December 10, 2024.

Osiagor equally ordered that all items found in prisoners, including furniture and laptops, must be scorched to the federal government.
