One of them is Afonso Gama who has just finished the playing season for U-19 Gondomar.
Through sadness, Gama pondered to see a player rising from a simple low -level club to the height of sports.
“He made us believe it was possible,” Gama told Sky News. “We know this is not for everyone. We have to work hard.
“And he is an inspiration for everyone who plays here.”
