The demands of the group investigated the river pipeline explosion, defending Fubara on the assembly claims

The simplicity movement, a sociopolitical group, has requested the only state administrator of the State of Rivers, Deputy Admiral Ibok-Ete IBA (Retd.), And Security Institutions to conduct a thorough investigation of recent pipeline explosions in the state.

This group specifically highlighted the explosion reported on the Trans Niger Pipe (TNP) in the Bodo Community, the Gokana Regional Government area, demanding a detailed investigation of the incident.

Simultaneously, the group denied the accusation that Governor Siminaayi Fubara had destroyed and left the Complex of the River State Council Council, labeling the claim as inaccurate.

Speaking at a press briefing at Port Harcourt, Sobomabo Jackrich, national leader of the simplicity movement, discussing the latest developments. “We use this media to express our deepest concerns over the newly claimed explosion at oil and gas installations throughout the Rivers State,” Jackrich said.

He discussed the Bodo incident by stating, “While the truth has emerged from the Trans Niger pipe operator in the Bodo community, proves that there is no such explosion in their facilities, this incident pose a serious threat to life, environment, and economic stability of our country.”

Jackrich urged decisive action. “We call a single administrator, the representative of the Ibok-Ete Iba (Retd.), And the relevant security agency to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the direct cause and far from this recognized explosion. If it is found as an act of sabotage, the perpetrators must be identified and taken to the court to face the full weight of the law.”

Overcoming claims to the Governor of Fubara, Jackrich asserted, “We want to decisively declare, Mr. President is unfair for the Governor of Fubara or may not be given properly briefing before accusing him to destroy the Rivers State Council Complex and does not make efforts to rebuild it.”

He clarified the situation about the assembly complex. “This claim is wrong and is only criticized to justify the emergency declaration. As has been confirmed by a single administrator for himself, Governor Siminaayi Fubara has built a good and modern state assembly complex, which, according to the chairman repeated by the Chairman of River Rivers, Dr. Tamarosisi Jaja, is a response repeated to be repeated.” Called back. “For repeated responses.

Jackrich gave a further context, added, “This project is more than 80 percent completed before the emergency declaration. Work is ongoing at a stable speed before the imposition of emergency rules that suddenly. The statement that the governor left the reconstruction of the wrong assembly complex leading and must be corrected.”

Despite disagreeing with the suspension of elected officials and the imposition of emergency rules, Jackrich stated the willingness to cooperate with a single administrator. “We strongly condemn and reject the inconsiderate suspension of the Governor of Fubara, his deputy, Prof. Ngozi Ordu, and members of the River State Council Council. While the declaration of emergencies is a bitter pill to people who are swallowed by good people.

He emphasized the need for a quick return to a democratic government. “However, our support depends on the hope that democracy returns to the country as soon as possible and must not be ruled out for a long time. River countries must not be governed indefinitely outside the constitution.”

Jackrich concluded with a call for unity and de-escalation. “We call for stakeholders, political actors, and citizens who intend well to stop heating up by heating government. Let us de-eScalize tension and try to restore democracy and rule of law in that state.”
