The forum of the interested parties of the Niger-South (NSSF) praised the governor of the state of the Niger Muhammad Umaru Bago, for his gigantic steps in the infrastructure development and the efforts to guarantee adequate safety of lives and properties in the state.
This was contained in a declaration signed by its general secretary (Santurakin Nupe) Dr. Mohammed Santuraki and made available to journalists.
According to the declaration, the group declared it in the inaugural meeting of the Executive Committee, Saturday 26 April, under the guidance of its president, Alhaji Ibrahim Liman, (Wazirin Baro/Zannan Agaie).
The forum praised the governor Bago for an improvement in security measures with the aim of improving public order and safety.
“Minna, once a city of peace and harmony, had been afflicted by fear due to the activities of street criminals and unbelievers.
“We then greeted the governor Bago for having taken decisive actions to restore the capital of the state to his ancient glory,” said the forum.
The group urged young people to refrain from social vices and serve as good ambassadors of the state.
The forum further supports the collaboration between all the interested parties, including the parents and leaders of the community, to support the efforts of the government of the State of the Niger in facing the urgent issues that face the state.
The forum revealed that he would reveal plans for construction commitments with federal and state governments and non -governmental organizations regarding the currentization of some of the critical projects and programs in the area and in the state of the Niger in general.
