The man beats his 27 -year -old daughter in Lagos

The agents of the Lagos State Police Command arrested a man for presumably beating his 27 -year -old daughter in the state.

The command spokesman, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, revealed it while he informed journalists in Lagos on Monday 7 April 2025.

Hundeyin said the accident occurred in the Ojo area in the state of Lagos.

Hundeyin said: “On April 3, at 8:00, a rescue call was received in the Okokomaiko division regarding the crime committed on March 26th.

“The suspect, after having beaten his daughter death, also buried her in a shallow tomb as a whole.”

Hundeyin revealed that the police officers stormed the scene and arrested suspicion.

The police spokesman added: “Following the report, a team made up of murder and scene of the crime investigators visited the address.

“The shallow tomb was located and the corpse was exhumed, photographed and brought to the public morgue for the autopsy.

“The suspicion is currently in police custody.”
