The man who was punished for the murder of British students Meredith Kercher had been charged with sexual violence against ex -girlfriends.
Rudy Guede, 38, is the only person who is definitively punished for the murder of Ms. 21 -year -old kercher in Perugia, Italy, in 2007.
He will be tried again in November after a ex -girlfriend submitted a police report in the summer of 2023 who accused Guede of committing persecution, personal injury, and sexual violence.
