The Nigerian cuisine takes the spotlight to the record offer of Guinness Baci Guinness

The Nigerian cuisine was on display on Friday in Lagos while the Nigerian celebrity chef, Hilda Baci, launched his world record of Guinness Record for the largest Jollowing Rice Pentle.

The Nigeria (Nan) news agency reports that Baci is trying to cook 250 bags of rice in a huge 22,619 liter vase.

The event was a gathering of food enthusiasts, fans, supporters, influencers and local sellers.

Nan reports that while Jollof’s vase was the star attraction, the event evolved into a showcase of the rich cultural heritage of Nigeria.

The event was tagged, “Gino World Jold Festival”.

The food stalls offered a variety of local delicacies including roasted planting, roasted potatoes and fish, served with pepper sauce and garnished with vegetables; Soups and different varieties of pepper soup.

There were also local drinks including Kunu Nzaki, Zobotiger walnut, soy milk, small ribs like breath, Mosa AND Samosa, As well as snacks as spiced chips with different flavors.

The Nigerian actor and creator of content, Charles Born, highlighted how Nigerian food continued to attract global attention.

“Association of Hilda and the brands that support them means that our food is put even more on the map,” he said.

The sellers have also observed the interest of visitors eager to try new foods and drinks.

The CEO of Zee Foods, Zuwaira Salisu, said a guest who asked to speak Kunu NzakiAn drink based on a mile and promised to return to buy, after learning its benefits.

For food enthusiasts, the restaurateur Oghene Tejiri, the event was an opportunity to taste the regional dishes and celebrate the Nigerian flavors.

“I moved and I had to come where the food sellers had, and I had small ribs. It was very, very nice. I also had their tiger walnuts that had such a beautiful flavor.

“In addition to Jollof Rice, we have surprising meals. Up to our local soups and meals of several states,” he said. (Nan)
