The Federal Government on Friday vowed to hunt and bring to the court of the perpetrators of heinous attacks on worshipers in the Malumfashi regional government in the state of Katsina.
The armed people suspected of being bandits on Tuesday shot dead 27 worshipers in a mosque located in the village of Unguwan Manta, Malumfashi Lga.
Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, stated this in a statement that he personally signed in Abuja.
He argues that the attacking attack on the harmless people who gather to worship is a crime that should not be punished.
Idris said the security forces were already on the path of the criminals and swear that “There is no stone that is not missed in an effort to arrest the perpetrators.
The minister said: “The government convinces the Nigerians that justice will be fast and determine, and that such acts of terror will never be allowed to be rooted in the country.
“The federal government condemned the acts of naughty violence in the strongest.

“This is not only an attack on Malumfashi people but also against humanity and our values ​​as a nation.
“The President of the Tinubu ball gave his deepest condolences to the family of the deceased, the people of Malumfashi, and the government of the state of Katsina.
“Their sadness is our sadness, and the government stands with them in this dark.
“Hopefully the Almighty gives eternal rest and entertaining a grieving family with fortitude to bear this painful loss.
“Therefore, the Federal government confirmed that those who shed innocent blood would not find a hiding place in Nigeria.”
