The police killed three kidnappers in Delta

The police operation in Delta killed three kidnappers in the state.

Spokesman for State Police Command, Bright Edafe, revealed this to journalists on Friday in Warri.

Edafe said the criminals were killed on Tuesday by CP-Tim Special Assignment Operations (CP-SAT) during the weapon duel.

He added that the CP-SAT led by his commander, Robinson Julius, was conducting a patrol of supervision on Jalan Ughelli-Patani when they involved criminals.

The spokesman said: “The CP-SAT team is conducting a secret surveillance patrol on Jalan Ughelli-Patani.

“The police team lowered the inter -shutting bus that approached the Ebleni Junction.

“After seeing the operators, vehicle residents fired in an effort to escape, which led to the exchange of intense weapons duels.

“Three of the suspects suffered a severe shot injury while others fled to the bush.

“The injured suspects were taken to the hospital, where they then died while receiving treatment.

“One AK-47 rifle published with 18 rounds of life ammunition was found from the suspects.”
