The police operation in Nasarawa has saved the traditional rulers of Emmanuel Omani.
The king was kidnapped in his palace from, the Kokona Regional Government in the state, on May 28.
Spokesman for the State Police Command, Ramhan Nankel, revealed this in a statement on Tuesday in Lafia.
He said: “The order was happy to report that Sangarin from, who was kidnapped on May 28, was rescued without injury.
“The traditional ruler is rescued around 11:00 pm on Monday, June 2.

“The rescue operation took place in the Panwasa Mountains, Mada Station, following the continuous pressure from the Command’s search and rescue team.
“The victim was taken to the hospital to get medical attention immediately after rescue and since then it has been reunited with his family.
“Efforts are ongoing by our operations to arrest suspects of escaping involved in the abduction.”
