The star attributes of flying eagles draw with Colombia to determination

Suleiman Sani has said that determination and teamwork were vital in the 1-1 draw of the Flying Eagles with Colombia.

The Flying Eagles progressed to the 16 round after arriving from behind to keep Colombia to a draw in their last game of the F Group in the U-20 World Cup in Chile.

A deceased penalty of Daniel Bamayi assured the raffle for the Flying Eagles and consolidated his place as one of the third teams of the best places.

The qualification of the 16 round means that they will now face the six times winners of the Argentine U20 World Cup title on Wednesday.

Unfortunately, Sani will not appear after receiving its second yellow card after being reserved against Saudi Arabia.

The end, which had the bad luck of not putting on the score sheet after his effort hit the Cross Bar, praised his teammates for his performance.

“I am very happy to have qualified for the elimination stage,” he said after the game.

“Determination and teamwork helped us obtain the result against Colombia and now we are finished. We hope we do not fight for the way we fight in the group stage and, although I will not be part of them (against Argentina), I trust that my teammates do not disappoint.”
