The Governor of the State Anambra, Chukwuma Soludo, said on Saturday that his opponents in the election of the November 8 Governor in the state only used their nomination as a means to raise funds.
Soludo, a candidate for the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), stated that this was during a rally support organized by a loyal party from the Anambra Central Senatorial District.
The general meeting held at Alex Ekwueme Square at AWKA was held to show support for the Soludo re -election.
He said: “To ensure order, justice, and justice in Anambra politics, people gather and approve the zoning system between three senator zones.
“Anambra Central began with Mr. Peter Obi, followed by Anambra North under Dr. Willie Obiano, and now the change of South Anambra, and we will have it for eight years.
“After Soludo, power will turn back to Anambra Central. So, there are no contests or vacancies in the Anambra state government building.
“As far as we know, no one else is fighting. Other competitors only do fundraising, meet with the Governor of the State, and seek support.”

Soludo thanked people for their solidarity and promised to maintain the agenda of transformation and development of their government.
“You have not seen anything; this is just the beginning. We have placed a plan in the place for the railroad network in the state, and that will be inaugurated soon.
“We apply for this job, and we will continue to work to improve the welfare of our people. With your sustainable support, Anambra will be changed. Anambra is only increasing,” added the Governor.
He urged APGA members to go to their ward and mobilize the country’s people to vote largely for APGA on November 8.
Previously, Deputy Chairman of the Anambra State Council, Mr. Chukwuma Okoye, reading the communication on behalf of Anambra Central, supports the nomination of Soludo and reaffirms support for the zoning formula to promote peace, justice, and progress in the state.
