Three senators of the PDP meet Tinubu, they declare the intention to download the party for APC

The three senators in the service of Kebbi’s state – Adamu Aliero, Yahaya Abdullahi and Garba Maidoki – announced their intentions to download the Democratic Party of the peoples (PDP) for the Alla Progressives Congress sentence (APC).

The senators announced it after a meeting with President Bola Tinubu in the presidential villa of Abuja on Friday 9 May 2025.

Legislators were led to the meeting by the APC national president, Abdullahi Ganduje.

At the meeting with the president there were also the governor of the state of Kebbi Nasir Idris, the governor of the state of Sokoto Ahmad Aliyu and the Minister of the Budget and Economic Planning, Atiku Bagudu.
