Tinubu appointed Nasir Abdulsalam as a Sokuta Steel MD

The President of the Tinubu Soccer has approved the appointment of Nasir Naeem Abdulsalam as the Director of the Steel Ajauokuta company.

Director of Information and Public Relations at the Secretary’s Office for the Federation Government, Segun Imohiosen, revealed this in a statement on Friday night in Abuja.

The statement reads: “The appointment came into force from 3 April 2025 and in accordance with the provisions of certain political office holders and judicial (salaries and benefits, etc.) 2008 Law as amended.

“Until his appointment, Nasir served as a technical advisor to the Minister of Steel Development Dear Steel and Special Assistant (Academics) to the Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS).

“President Tinubu the designated task to utilize the wealth of his experience in the steel industry in his new assignment in revolutionizing the company to produce important downstream industry and economic activities that will position the country as the center of the African industry in line with the encouragement of the diversification of the updated hope agenda.”
