Tinubu appointed seven executive directors for the NTA

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of seven executive directors of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).

The Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed the appointment in a statement on Friday in Abuja.

According to him, Mr Ayo Adewuyi was reappointed as Executive Director, News, and Ibrahim Aliyu, Executive Director, Special Duties.

Other appointed persons are:

· Malam Muhammed Mustapha – Executive Director, Administration and Training

· Ms Apinke Effiong – Executive Director, Finance

· Mrs. Tari Taylor – Executive Director, Programs,

· Mr. Sadique Omeiza – Executive Director, Engineering.

· Ms. Oluwakemi Fashina – Executive Director, Marketing.

The statement read: “The appointments will take effect immediately, and President Tinubu urges the officials to use their rich experience to support the operations of the national broadcaster, particularly in raising global digital standards.”
