Tinubu appoints former Governor Masari as TETFund chairman

President Bola Tinubu has appointed several individuals to serve on the board of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund).

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, said in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja that the principal appointed former Katsina State Governor, Aminu Masari, as the board Chairman.

The board members of TETFfund are – Senator Sani Danladi, Mr Sunday Adepoju, Mr Nurudeen Adeyemi, Mrs Esther Onyinyechukwu Ukachukwu, Mr Turaki Ibrahim and Mr Aboh Eduyok.

“The President expects the appointed officials to be dedicated and committed in advancing the objectives of TETFund in providing the needed support to higher education to enhance the productivity and quality of higher education,” the statement added.
