President Bola Tinubu has appointed Mrs Didi Walson-Jack as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.
Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday in Abuja.
He said Walson-Jack was appointed Permanent Secretary in the Federal Civil Service in 2017 and had served in several ministries.
The appointment, he said, will take effect from August 14.

TThe statement read: “The new official will replace the incumbent, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, who will retire on August 13.
“President Tinubu thanked the former Head of Service for his leadership.
“He charged the new Head of Service to carry out his duties with innovative flair, integrity and strict adherence to the rules and regulations prevailing in the Civil Service of the Federation.”
