As Nigerians celebrate the June 12 Democracy Day celebration, some aggrieved citizens on Wednesday protested against the current state of the country. Offended Nigerians took to the streets to protest against hunger and economic hardship. In Lagos State, some protesters who gathered in Ikeja said the time had come to remove President Bola Tinubu’s administration from power. They anchored their demand on the economic hardships Nigerians are facing, stressing that “Nigerians cannot comfortably feed their families under Tinubu.”
