Jordan Torunarigha is not expected to feature for KAA Gent in their UEFA Conference league clash against Maccabi Tel-Aviv later tonight.

Torunarigha was ruled out of the game due to an injury he sustained against RWD Molenbeek.

 

The defender skipped last two training sessions and has been left out of the squad.

His injury means he is a major doubt for Nigeria’s friendlies against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique.

The Gent defender is among the players invited by Super Eagles handler Jose Peseiro for the two international friendly matches, scheduled to hold in Portugal.

Nigeria will face Saudi Arabia on October 13, and three days later go up against Mozambique.
