Trabzonspor Seeks Another Loan deal for Onuachu

Onuachu, who joined the club from Southampton last summer, has proven to be a valuable addition to the team.

Since his arrival, the 29-year-old forward has contributed nine goals and three assists in seventeen matches for the former Turkish champions.

Reports emerging from Turkey indicate that Trabzonspor President Ertugrul Dogan is eager for Onuachu to stay and is set to initiate discussions with Southampton, the player’s parent club.

While Trabzonspor had previously expressed interest in securing Onuachu on a permanent basis, Southampton’s €15m asking price had posed a significant obstacle.

However, the Turkish club is now exploring the possibility of extending the player’s loan deal with a reduced fee involved.
