Dele-Bashiru, who scored his first goal for the Nigerian Super Eagles against South Africa, is valued at around โฌ6 million plus bonuses in the World Cup qualifiers.
A recent meeting in Formello, attended by Dele-Bashiru’s agent Paolo Paloni, was very positive, with Lazio determined to complete the transfer.
The 23-year-old attacking midfielder scored eight goals and provided five assists in all competitions for Hatayspor last season.
Dele-Bashiru has also expressed a strong interest in joining Lazio, so a transfer is likely to happen.
Olorunleke completes his move to the Sudanese club
The Super Eagles goalkeeper has joined Sudanese club Al Merreikh on a two-year deal.
