Troops kill famous bandits, Auta, others in Zamfara

The spokesman said: “The operation marked a significant blow to criminal elements, disrupting peace and security in the area.

“Early intelligence shows that two additional terrorist kingpins, including one identified as Babayé, are eliminated during operation.

“In a separate incident, Sale Ado Madele (alias Sarki), the oldest son of the Bandit leader, known as Ado Alieru, was also reported to be killed.”

Kangye said the troops in another meeting killed 10 additional terrorists near the filling station in Danjibga.

He said the terrorists were part of the syndicate united by Dogo Sule for the planned attack.
