Trump ambushed the President of South Africa by playing videos that accused ‘genocide’ in South Africa | World News

Donald Trump has ambushed the President of South Africa during the White House meeting by playing videos that are said to show evidence of the “genocide” of white people in African countries.

The US president, who hosted the leader of Cyril Ramaphosa in the oval office, said the recording showed the grave of thousands of white farmers.

Mr. Ramaphosa sat calmly and most of it expressionlessly when the video montage was played, and he then said: “I want to know where it is because this is because of this [the videos] I have never seen “.

The lights have been dim in the room when the video is displayed, including South African officials who are suspected of calling for violence against white farmers.

South Africa has rejected the accusation that white people are targeted disproportionally by crime.

The videos are one of the communist politicians who play controversial anti-apartheid songs that include lyrics about killing a farmer.

Trump accused South Africa of failing to overcome the murder of white farmers. “People fled from South Africa for their own safety,” said the US President. “Their land is being confiscated and in many cases they are killed.”

Touched on the people in the video, Trump said: “These are people who are officials and they say … kill white farmers and take their land.”

The US president then displays a copy of the article he said showing the white African white people who have been killed, saying “death, death” when he turned around them.

He added one article: “This is a burial site in all places, this is all the white farmers who are being buried.”

South African leader rejects accusations

Mr. Ramaphosa pushed back to Trump’s accusations, responding: “What you see, the speech made, it is not a government policy. We have multi-party democracy in South Africa that allows people to express themselves, political parties to comply with various policies.

“And in many cases or in some cases, the policy is not in accordance with government policy.

“Our government policy is fully contrary to what he is [a person in the video montage] say. Even in parliament. And they are a small minority party that is permitted to exist in terms of our constitution. “

Mr Ramaphosa also said about the behavior alleged by Trump: “We are truly opposed to that.”

Mr. Ramaphosa said there was a crime in South Africa, and most of the victims were black. Trump cut him and said: “The farmers are not black.” The South African President replied: “This is a concern that we want to talk about with you.”

Trump has canceled assistance, expeling the South African ambassador and offered protection to white minority minority Afrikr based on racial discrimination claims which according to Pretoria were baseless.

Experts in South Africa said that there was no evidence of white people being targeted, even though farmers from all races were victims of cruel home invasion in countries suffering from very high crime rates.
