Tuesday the Senate changes the time of seat from 11 to 13

The Senate announced a turn in his time sitting from 11 to 1pm on Tuesday 20 May 2025.

The Senate said that the turn is due to the opening ceremony of the first ordinary session of the Ecowas Parliament, tomorrow, Tuesday 20 May 2025 at 10.00. In which the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio will participate.

A declaration by the employee Senate, Andrew Nwoba, who announced the round, said: “This is to bring to the attention of the distinct senators of the Federal Republic of Nigeria that the Senate will resume his plenary session by 13:00 instead of 11:00, tomorrow, 20-05-25.

“This movement over time for the recovery is due to the opening ceremony of the first ordinary session of the Ecowas Parliament, tomorrow by 10.00. In which the President of the Senate will participate.

“The vice -president of the Senate, Senator Jbrin Barau, will also be present as he is the first vice -president of that Parliament.

“Any inconvenience this shift over time may have caused is highly deplorable.”
