Kylian Mbappe became the opener for the hosts soon after the second half started.
Antonio RΓΌdiger and Endrick scored the other two goals for the Spanish giants while Deniz Undav scored the only goal for German club Stuttgart.
Elsewhere, Liverpool also beat AC Milan 3-1, with goals from Ibrahima KonatΓ©, Virgil van Dijk and Dominic Szoboszlai for Liverpool.

Hosts Milan opened the scoring through Christian Pulisic in the third minute before Liverpool fought back to win at the San Siro.
In Germany, Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich thrashed Dinamo Zagreb 9-2, with England striker Harry Kane scoring four goals β three from the penalty spot.
Michael Olise scored twice, while RaphaΓ«l Guerreiro, Leroy Sane and Leon Goretzka each scored one goal to give the hosts a big win.
In other Champions League games played on Tuesday, Juventus beat PSV 3-1, Aston Villa won 3-0 away against Young Boys while Sporting beat Lille 2-0.
