Updated: APC NWC supports Tinubu as APC candidates in 2027

The National Work Committee (NWC) of the Congress of All Progressive (APC) on Thursday supported the Tinubu Bola President as a party candidate in the 2027 presidential election.

National Party Chairperson, Abdullahi Ganduje, and committee members, announced the ratification at the National Party Summit held in Abuja.

He described support as the mother of all support, following previous support by the Progressive Governor Forum and the leadership of the National Assembly.

Ganduje said: “We thank the Progressive Governor Forum, the leadership of the National Assembly, and all other stakeholders who joined various sectors of our party for the ratification.

“As party chairman, and on behalf of the National Work Committee, I hereby emphasize various supports and declare Bola President Ahmed Tinubu as the sole presidential candidate APC.”
