Social media critic and activist Martins Vincent Otse, also known as Very Dark Man, has responded to rapper Falz.
This comes after the musician and actor gave him a 24-hour ultimatum to retract and apologise for the statement he made in response to an alleged audio clip in which Bobrisky claimed he had contacted Falz and his father, Femi Falana to help secure a presidential pardon for him.
Recall when Very Dark Man leaked an alleged audio conversation between Bobrisky and a male friend. In the conversation, Bob claimed to have spoken to Falz while he was in prison, and Falz and his father, Femi Falana, SAN, were allegedly trying to get a presidential pardon for Bobrisky.
In response to the alleged recording, Very Dark Man voiced his disgust at Falz and his father for being friends with Bobrisky. He also asked in a manner if FalZ was gay.
Falz responded to Very Dark Man’s statement by confirming in a statement from his father’s chamber published yesterday that Bobrisky had contacted him on May 4 to ask for N3 million to get a VIP area in the prison.
However, he said he would not give cash to Bobrisky. According to him, VDM’s statement portrayed him as a homosexual who opposes justice and conspires to overturn the law for financial gain.
In addition to portraying him as a fraudulent human rights advocate, Falz claims that the Very Dark Man also refused to speak to him or hear his side of the story.

Through his attorney, Falz also demanded “an immediate retraction of the offensive and derogatory publication” and an apology that would be displayed prominently on all platforms where he shared it without providing any explanation.
In a video posted on his Instagram page, VDM finally responded to Falz’s ultimatum. He said that he had spoken to the rapper on the phone on Wednesday and that he had never defamed him.
”I will see you in court” said the Very Dark Man to Falz
”I didn’t read what Falz posted until later and then when I read what Falz posted, I said wait a minute. Bobrisky said the voice call was fake and now Falz confirmed that they received the call. The only difference is that he said Bobrisky was the one who called him while Bobrisky said Falz called him. Falz said Bobrisky asked him for N3 million. Bobrisky said Falz said he should pay the lawyer, his father, N10 million.
“What I expect Falz to do is, instead of writing that letter to me, I expect him to write that letter to Bobrisky, asking him to clear your name on that voice call, not you who came to pick me up. It was not me on the recording. The reason I uploaded it (the audio recording) was to expose the corruption of Bobrisky by saying that instead of jailing him, he was taken to a private lodge, that the EFCC collected N15 million from him to drop the charges alleging he was involved in money laundering. Instead of all these things, he mentioned your name. I expect you to send that letter to Bobrisky. Honestly, I did not defame Falz and Uncle Femi Falana,” he added.
