In botanical terms, the inclusive leadership is like a flower of which beauty proceeds from the anatomy of every petal or from the leaves of its corolla. It takes different parts to form a whole and there is no stronger force than a united people.
President Bola Tinubu has constantly demonstrated a rare collection quality; Pull together and not to put around. Whether it’s North, South, East or West, it remained consistent as a uniform referee, treating everyone with grace and honor.
On May 2, he visited Katsina State, where he made bold and decisive statements against Banditi and terrorism in the north-western area. The president visited the state of Enugu on January 4th. The visit, his first port of call during the year, underlined the importance granted to the South-East area, as well as the true effort of the president to bring together all the Nigerians.

President Tinubu visited the state of Anambra on Thursday 8 May. He was welcomed with prosperity, elegance and overcoming the excitement – an undisputed statement of Igbo who said: “Nkea bu nke anyi” (it is ours).

The governor said that his support for President Tinubu was rooted in ideology and principle and described the president as the “professor of Federalism”.
The head of Emeka Anyaku, former general secretary of the Commonwealth, also thanked the president, underlining his expansion, accommodating and paternal arrangement.
The meaning of the president’s domestic travel is the need for solidation, as well as the construction of bridges and the promotion of the unit. Nigerians from all over the country can see, hear and listen to their president in the flesh. It comes to them with words of hope, encouragement, understanding, compassion and action.
The president has shown several times that it is the leader that Nigeria has seriously need at this moment to repair the fault lines, the cracks and destroy national antinomy.
Leadership is an example. It is in actions. It is in the results. It is no wonder the Nigerians in all artificial naves are gathering towards the president. The ability to bring together people, regardless of any unnatural boundaries, is the large leadership stuff.
President Tinubu embodies this quality of Ovallier leadership.
