Ashleigh Plumpre and Toni Payne wereted good possibilities for Nigeria in the first half while Botswana was stopped on the back.

Botswana had a couple of shots out of the box without a real penetration.

Justine Madugu made three replacements after the break with Esther Okoronkwo, Christy Ucheibo and Ihezuo who replace Asisat Oshoala, Payne and Babajide.

The substitute approached the breakdown of the Deadlock 13 minutes from time, but was denied by the Botswana goalkeeper.

Ihezuo then hit the 90 -minute coup, sliding the ball on the net after being accumulated by Okoronkwo.

The Nigeria Top Group B with six points from two games, while Algeria is second with four points.
