We will pay outstanding salaries in tranches — Abia gov.
The Abia government said it would pay outstanding salaries owed to state civil servants in multiple tranches.
Finance Commissioner, Mike Akpara, made this known during a press conference in Umuahia on Tuesday. According to him, the current administration inherited a debt of $16.5 billion in wage arrears owed to workers at state education institutions.
