‘You are the next target’, Verydarkman warned Obi Cubana after the arrest of EFCC from E-Money

Social media critic, Vincent Martins Otse, known as Verydarkman (VDM), has warned businessman Obinna Iyiegbu, aka Obi Cubana, to be very careful to avoid arrest by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC), after recent popular arrests and socialization, Emeka Okonkwo, too.

The e-money, known for its luxurious and philanthropic lifestyle, was arrested on Monday night by EFCC operators from his residence in the Omole Lagos area and flown to Abuja to be interrogated with accusations of mutilating the Nigerian currency.

He thought he was released on Tuesday after spending the night in custody, VDM, in a message he shared on Instagram on Wednesday night, saying Cubana must be very careful because he was the next capture target.

According to online critics, his sources at the anti-corruption agent told him that Cubana was targeted and he had to be aware of where he went and what he did.

In the Instagram video, VDM states that he has it with good authority that “EFCC has questioned the son in Abuja about Obi Cubana to find out whether there is a relationship between them.”

“E-money has been released from EFCC, Obi Cubana, you must be really careful, especially you Obi Cubana,” he said.

“In short, you are more targeted than e-money. I don’t know how they can become e-money before you, but you are the main target. You know why?

“Because, especially in this Abuja, many of these children they caught Wey Efcc Dey, they usually ask them, do you know Obi Cubana? Did he ever transfer money to you? Have you ever went to his place before? Has he ever transferred money to you?

“They want to see a company, they want to determine that you have made a transaction with some of the boys so you have to be really careful because they plan you,” he said.
