14 students, 36 coaches assigned annual scholarships of 36 Lion Coaching School

In a demonstration of his usual generosity, the president of the Lagos State Football Association, Hajji Gafar Olawale Liamered, has again started his annual scholarship program for a new group of beneficiaries participating in the Nis Coaches course.

In particular, he raised the stakes by including five female students and nine males selected by the National Association of Nigeria Students.

These people will join an additional group of 36 coaches chosen for the training course, contributing to the growing list of football coaches financed by the 36 Lion Investment Limited scholarship.

The 14 lucky students will receive football education at the National Institute for Sports, the main sports institution of Nigeria.

According to the sponsor, Hajji Gafar, this sporting education initiative aligns with the vision of the empowerment of the young people of his excellence, the governor Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Oell, who underlines the use of sport, in particular football, as a means of social realm.

The five students who benefit from this commendable initiative are Afenisumen Eunice (University of Lagos), Adeleke Ameenah (Lagos State University), Ekun Balikis (Lagos State University), Lawal Abibat (Lagos State University) and Ogundele Olajumoke (Federal Fishing College of Fishing and Marine Technology).

The male recipients include beautiful Yusuf (Lagos State University), Oyewole Peter (University of Lagos), Usman Azeez (Lagos State University), Olayioye Samuel (Lagos State University).

In addition, Tokunbo Lateef (Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology), Olukootun Damilola (University of Lagos), Onah Onyekachi (Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology), Adeyemmi Tomisin (Lagos State University) and Omolare David (University of Lagos) are also among the beneficiaries.
