This is to inform the general public, especially prospective candidates that the admission forms for the 2025/2025 academic session of the Colleges of Nursing, Agbor, Warri, Eku and the Department of Midwifery, Asaba and Sapele are now on sale for the October 2025 intake.

THE FORMULAS ON SALE ARE:

• General Nursing (3 years) – Agbor, Warri Eku, Asaba and Sapele

• Basic training in midwifery (3 years) – Asaba and Sapele

• Registered Community Midwife (2 years) – Asaba and Sapele

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Five (5) SSCE credits in two (2) sittings maximum, including English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
