Jackson and Palmer help Chelsea knock out West Ham

Nicholas Jackson and Cole Palmer were on target as they helped Chelsea beat city rivals West Ham in a one-sided Premier League clash on Saturday.

Jackson scored twice while Palmer scored once to seal a 3-0 win for the Blues.

It was a third successive home defeat in the Premier League for West Ham.

Jackson opened the scoring in the fourth minute and doubled their lead in the 18th minute to put the visitors 2-0 up at half-time.

Jackson then provided the assist for Palmer to score Chelsea’s third goal in the 47th minute to secure victory over the hosts at the London Stadium.

Chelsea’s win puts them within two points of Premier League leaders Manchester City, while West Ham are languishing in the bottom half, three points above the relegation zone.
