The winner of the 2011 TV reality show Big Brother Africa, Karen Igho, took to social media to cry over the domestic violence she suffered in her marriage to her husband, Yaroslav Rakos.
Igho who married Russian Rakos in 2014 in Jos, Plateau State before moving to the United States, took to X on Tuesday to reveal that her marriage was on the verge of collapse following alleged physical and sexual abuse by her husband and father. two children.
In one of her posts, she drew the attention of Nigerians to what she was going through, stressing that her husband should take responsibility if anything happens to her.
“I am divorcing my husband, I have been homeless for a year and I have been hurt sexually and physically,” she wrote.
“So if anything happens, ask or arrest the man who took me to a country where and I don’t know anyone, he tried to take the children away saying I was mentally ill.”
In another post, Karen asked for prayers from fellow Nigerians and Africans, adding that if anything happens to her, her husband must take responsibility.
“Almighty God bless Nigeria and Africa, my heart prays for the daughter of your land. I’ve been through a lot over the past few years. “Please the African people pray for my children and if you don’t hear from me again, please know that I was killed, I am not mentally ill and do not use drugs,” he wrote.
