Prince Clem Ikanade Agba writes Senator Owie on his wife’s death

The immediate past minister of state for the budget and national planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba, condemned with a former chief whisk of the Senate, Rowland Owie, on the death of his wife, Lady Helen Owie (LSJi).

Lady Helen died in a short disease in Abuja on Wednesday 9 April 2025, according to a statement by her husband

In a letter of condolences to Senator Owie, dated 09 April 2025, the Agba Prince expressed sadness for the death of Lady Helen.

His letter reads: β€œI have sadly received the news of the death of your beloved wife and Matriarch of the Owie family, Lady Helen Owie (LSJI), in a short illness in Abuja on Wednesday 9 April 2025.
