The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) has stated that four people are sought for alleged involvement in the trading platform activity, Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX).
The commission announced this in a public notification signed on Friday by the head of the media and publicity, Dele Oyewale, in Abuja
It registered the quartet as Seyi Oloyede, Emmanuel Uko, Adefowora Oluwanisola, and Adefowora Abiodun Olaonipekun.
EFCC accused the suspects of deceiving investors who were not suspicious through the Crypto platform.
The notification reads: “Oloroede and Uko last were traced to No. 166, Idima Egbeda Road, Lagos State.
“Oluwanisola and Olaonipekun were last known to live at the age of 13, Jimoh Odutola, Ogunpa, Ibadan, the state of Oyo.
“The commission has urged community members with useful information regarding the existence of suspects to reach EFCC through its offices in Ibadan, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt, or Abuja.”
